Cave Story+ Needs You! (Again...) ( ^ _ ^ )

Some of you may recall that we promised some updates for Cave Story+ after release. Well, the time is nearing

We've been busy working on getting a good feature set update that includes Online Leaderboards via Steam (so you can use your SteamID) and a Replay system to check out the best times for a given challenge.

We're going to need some awesome beta testers soon.

I'm ready (and interested, bot to mention) for testing again (especially in early April). I will be using the same computers as last time (yes, even that old one) except that I got a new laptop recently. I'll edit this post later with its specs when I get ahold of it (which should be soon)

So how will the leaderboards work so that people won't cheat at them? Will the replay system have any contribution to this?

I'd love to participate but unfortunately I don't own Cave Story+... It's nice to see that the competitive aspect of the Cave Story is being put online!

I would assume that it would be exactly like last time: through Steam, and bug reports would be submitted to a Google Docs spreadsheet.
