I didnt know fraps works on CS. How??

use fullscreen in your cs options and it should work but it brought my fps down a shitload while recording

What if you use 320x240 and have it record a specific area of screen, it is hard to find a decent free video screen capture app.

have you used fraps??

when a game is opens( it detects most of them ) it will show a counter of the fps in the corner and you press F9 to start recording and then F9 to stop, then you need to convert the video files after because there so massive

fraps is just ment for game recording i think thats why you can only do games
