Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Are you supposed to use missiles? Because I've only ever used the sword (and curly) in hell runs.
Never tried it on hard mode though.. Not sure i'd like to either. XD

I use the spur on Ballos...It's actually the easiest strategy.

When trying to speed-run Hell, the Super Missile Launcher is best against his 2nd and 4th forms. I do prefer the Spur and Nemesis when against his 1st and 3rd.
But hey, the Spur is a great substitute against all forms if you don't have the Super Missile Launcher.
