Ballos' FIFTH form? (Warning, creepy picture.)

Any more comments ballos has many more attacks and much more damage to take out, ma pignon bashes into walls and makes shrimpy clones.

 

I can take down ballos with super missiles faster than I can ma pignon.

cuz missiles suck. Spur runs thru the enemy.

 

Super missiles are the best method of beating ballos's 4th form. Thing is that to deal real damage with the spur is to fully charge it. The super missile's deal above average damage and dont need to charge. In other words the super missiles can do more damage per second than the spur could in a single charge.

 

Missiles are limited. Spur is not. :eek:

 

Why do you think that everyone speedruns with super missiles?
You'll still have a good amount of them in the end.

Yes but i think that any forum member that has beaten ballos with the missiles can attest to the fact that there are enough super missiles to finish him off. And if you dont its as simple as using the nemesis or the blade for the final 5 or so hits. Meanwhile with the spur you will spend the eternity waiting for it to charge and the eyes will block the spur's laser alot of the time. Meanwhile you will have angels flying left and right waiting to knock you down into the sea of spears.

Enough of this blasphemy. I present, Ironhead's third appearance! As we all know, Ironhead can span worlds, can summon other smaller fish, and can quite literally bend the UNIverse!

And now, we have a much more sinister version of him. I:

1. Replaced his eve with a black void
2. Took out small portions of his body

And what makes this much more terrifying than "Ballos' Fifth Form"? I darkened his body. Fear him. Now.

 

My point is i think his eyes should be replaced with a copy of manhunt and manhunt 2 for the scariest form.

I googled 'manhunt' and the first few results were a gay dating site.

I think we should decide how this 5th form would work ingame. I think it should be something extremely trippy and surreal. It'd be sort of continuing the trend of Ballos's forms getting weirder and weirder. I've always thought Pixel didn't go quite far enough in developing the whole crazy-out-of-control-magic thing in terms of gameplay. Thoughts?

Fifth form ... hmm looks more like a hollow version of Ballos? It would be good for Ballos' body. Instead of exploding, the body lands on the ground in the background during Quote and Curly's victory.

I would imagine it would melt or something and Curly would go, ?!

(alternatively, Ballos' body explodes very nastily across the room) ew!

Then the fifth form would end up being some kind of fleshless skeleton form. Maybe all the skulls and stuff would come together to create a giant crushing wall of skulls a gigantic skull with one RED eye?

Personally, I think it's more likely that the fifth form of Ballos is non-corpreal, like The Doctor's red mist form. This would be like a super version of that...

Maybe he could possess Quote or something...? (pictures that Quote Ballos mod ><)

Hmm...

If you wanted to go that route, I'd say the floor should empty or a hole should appear in the Seal chamber after beating Ballos... So instead of Quote being saved by Balrog, you end up in some trippy evil place.

Maybe, just a completely black screen, and you land on the ground. It's all dark...

Maybe after walking a little bit, you see a young uncorrupted Ballos ahead in the darkness. If you wanted to be scary, then you only see Ballos' back to you... and when you approach he turns around except his face...
*CENSORED!* AHH!!

At that point, all of the wild magic shows up or possesses Ballos once more. (Or perhaps it finally exits his body?)

Perhaps the background ends up looking like a burning kingdom.

Then the final form of Ballos ... or his Wild Magic appears.
Anyways it's a nightmare.
I don't know what the monster should look like, but at the end, a young Ballos could thank you...

After beating the final form, "...ote.." *shake*
"uo..te..." *shake shake*
"Quote!"

You wake up in the seal chamber and the seal chamber is collapsing; skulls are falling out of the walls etc Looks like there's no escape....
But, get saved by Balrog and finally it's over.

I really don't see what's really creepy about it.
I'll admit, it's creepy, but not like over the top.
