  • Last night I slept from 2AM to 2PM, took a nap from 3:30PM to 6PM, and tonight I've stayed up until 4:30AM. I have class in four and a half hours. Am I doing it right?
Good sir, I am saddened by your extended instance of improper attribution of authors to the various quotes juxtaposed within your signature, one of which happens to originate from a comment I have stated in the recent past. While I lack the means (or ethical flexibility) to force any changes upon your signature, I must humbly request that you change that shit pronto.

    With the greatest of sincerity,
    -Cripplechair

    Or don't I guess, s'cool either way.
No, it's slightly more elaborate than that (but not much more). It has nothing to do with the type of music the foxtrot is done to. As a hint: The fact that the guy's name is Romeo is relevant.
Because computers don't have several gigabytes of memory to use now compared to what they had in the late 80's and 90's. Unless the executable itself is unfathomably large, compressing it shouldn't really be too much of a problem.

I haven't heard about tge program not being able to refer to itself [or even what that means really] so I cam't comment on that.

And how much of a program *isn't* loaded into memory at any point anyways? I thought it needed to have the code in memory to execute it, and how would a program determine "this chunk needs to be loaded now, this one can wait". It'd be kind of hard to organize the code into segments based on chronological use......
upx has to be run from console. You navigate to the folder it's in, then type the command "upx programname.exe" [obv. substituting the name of the thing you want to compress] and hit enter to see it go. Why would compressing the exe ever be a bad thing? There's a bit about dll's, how if you compress those they can't be shared by diff programs, but that's irrelevant.

Furthermore I can't irc tonight because stuff.
No narnias - I've been spending most of today working on a different composition project which has a sooner deadline than Aslan's song, and which, unlike Aslan's song, affects my grade in class. It's a small version of Lokvor, which will eventually become the 5th movement of the Symphony of Lokvor. It's basically a musical setting of the TWoR prophecy concerning the Chosen One (or the Heuristic, as he/she is now called).
You mean like right this minute or in general?

edit: "I've now already heard the song so many times that it drives me up the wall a bit, but the song is so extremely hammer that the entire Swedish nation is fat"?
I kinda guessed on everything after the comma...
