    Haha, I introduced defense points system into Cave Story. Example: player with no defense takes 2 damage from Enemy1, 3 damage from Enemy2 and 16 points from Enemy3. With 2 defense, he takes 1, 1 and 14 points of damage, respectively. I can do great things with this!

    Not ignored, just a busy time of the year I think D:
    In general, you need to directly message the people you want to check it out quickly; otherwise it'll depend on the person's habits; if they will see, and then download it and respond. If you don't, then your best bet is to keep updating it and supply eye-catching screenshots or teasers... (and status updates ;D)

    Btw, the demo is different fromn the one I tried earlier right?

    Haunted House Story is temporarily down, and I'm not going to work on it anymore this year.
    Operation Delta: Space Attack - this hurts me most, but somehow I'm not able to work on it right now, due to my current state... If at least one person wants it, I'll hurry and put up the next demo soon.
    Tale of Dale - after I get feedback on the first version, I will work on the next update.
    Little Fighter NTF - I hope to get to it and finish the full version by Christmas.
    Songs & other - all the time.

    Nice work! The changes in gameplay had me going all the way to the end... Nice assembly changes ;D
    It wasn't compelling without a story really, but it reminded me of classic action/arcade games where it just dumps you into the action.
    Until my second playthrough I thought those Grim Reapers were invincible! They had me dodging all over the place, fearing it was an instant death... [I also thought maybe he appeared because I was taking too long at first...] And after playing Spelunky, I thought those tiki spike traps were instant death...
    Glad it wasn't the case lol Allowed me to take a few hits.

    The boss was rough with the poison guy. Eventually, I just jumped on his eye, and did the poison scattershot.
    Pretty nice music. I remember that title song from something you posted earlier... Though my favorite song though was the character select screen. Part of it just reminded me of something (bionic commando maybe?).

    Oh but what was with the chests... I thought at least ONE of them would contain something...

    Lol, seems that I have to do a preview how to kill Reapers. And eventually I will add something to the chests - they are only a placeholder for now.

    The story is also something that I am planning to work on, but I was just too lazy for now. I just wanted to make any PROGRESS, so yeah.

    About the eyes, hmm... I just try to start drawing from the eyes, I don't have any special techniques.

    The LF stuff worked good as background music while I was browsing. Unfortunately, like most other orgs you've made, I didn't particularly like the volcano song.
