• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

    Is it safe to log onto a vBulletin forum on an unencrypted wifi network? (such that other people spying on the network cannot see or figure out your account password)

    It looks like the CS forums login does not use https, yet the password (I think) is scrambled using MD5 before being sent to the server. Is this enough in terms of security?

    New thread makes it seem that half the forum can (older users) and the other half cannot (newer users). Sometimes you can only post polls in specific forums, too.
