Oh joy, this gives me a chance to list ALL OF THE THINGS that must be done before it is released:
-Code mid-chapter boss
-Finish Carnival tileset
-Make Carnival background
-Code and Make the various carnival games (this will consume the most time)
-Come up with ideas for chapter boss (thinking about a giant snowman, but that's all I got so far)
-draw boss
-code boss
-Create a crapload of cutscenes
-Make animated tiles

So yeah, it'll be another month, at least.

Hahah jeez, I must have missed all that.

Basically it goes like this: In the collision detection script, if you're colliding with a flag 2000 entity (which is already checked of course) then I added a bit that stores the entity's number in a variable and also sets a variable that means "Render the "!". Then, in the middle of the function where it renders the UI (health bar, ammo etc.) I stuck a call to a new function that renders the thing if it's set to on and also checks that if the player is not contacting the entity of number that was saved earlier then it sets the "render !" variable to off.
also it bobs up and down ever so slightly.

The official schedule is Tuesday mornings, although when I'm in University Tuesday morning may come at 12:10 AM. Also I may sometimes update on Monday night just if I feel like it, but I try my best to never be *late* with an update. For example this week I had to bike to the library to get it in on time.

No it's like she's got some kind of medical excuse to troll our forum and the mods have to honour it. Pretty rediculous if you ask me. In fact, I think she might have even got a custom title with less than 250 posts just so she would stop, either that or they waited until she got 250 and her title to remove some of her posts.
