This isn't a mod, but it is related to all the mods, so I believe it fits.

I am making a manual poll. A poll that I will update every time I see a vote and such, with percents and everything. This poll is for your favorite mod.

There are only 3 rules:

-You have to vote for a mod if you're making a vote. Votes like "I vote for none of the mods" will not count.
-You may only vote once
-You cannot vote for your own mod

With that, my vote is for Schism. Even with some of the newer mods that have come out, it is still a pretty good mod.

 

Tie between Jenkas, Schism, and OS, but since Jenka's is largely unfinished, schism has already been voted for, so...

Although I prefer Schism's graphics (excluding the stuff that I made, because looking back, they really kinda sucked), I found the storyline a little too complicated to grasp.

Magic~ however, I helped developed a little but the storyline and graphics were all mostly done by Metalogz himself, even with but a wee bit of help from me. I know (or rather, knew) the storyline pretty well because whenever I have questions, I can just ask Logz while beta testing for him.

He sometimes just goes all "SPOIILLAARZZZZZ NUUUUUU" though... >.<"

 

That's a difficult question

Schism has a pretty interesting story line and is great for just reinventing the game but is too easy.
Magic~ has nice new graphics and is difficult enough but sadly doesn't have many new features.
Jenka's Nightmare has a good plot line but also lacks new features.
The Wrath of Revorshkenahl is difficult enough, and has some pretty cool music but the graphics really aren't too great
WTF Story doesn't have much plot developement yet but it has some pretty cool levels like the tetris level.
Original sin doesn't have a really good story line but all the use of hacking is awesome.

I personally vote for none of them. When someone makes floating munchers in Cave Story, that will be my favourite mod.

That's the sight that you should be able to get it from. It has boostmania, boostbeginner, and boostmaniaEx. They're all pretty challenging, but fun.

 

Boostmania. A lot of the website is not English, but enough of it is English that its possible to find the mods.

Boost beginner = pretty easy
Boostmania = hard
BoostmaniaEX = insanely difficult
