I made it to the chest room, and I have no idea how to get past. I tried the door to the right, and the door that appears when you open the chests. I have not yet found this REALLY HIGH UP DOOR that everyone is talking about. Could someone help me through this? Note: I said help, do not give me the entire answer.

 

The door that appears when you open the chests is (obviously) a trap. However, opening the right chests -does- lead to a way out... if you're observant and don't fall for the obvious.

 

After the door appears, look for another chest.

 

Well he doesn't technically have to look for it. It should be pretty clear... like I said, just pay attention.

It was very fun, but I didn't find it very WTF worthy.

 

well, this is just the beginning, but don't worry,
it should get harder as it goes on.

 

Okay, I finished it, and I like it. One of the few impressive mods I've seen. I love the CaveStory song in the beginning, I believe it was the origional version. I beat B@lrog, and the other, and made it to the end. Very fun. The chest puzzle was murder though. A better name for this game would be Karoshi Story, since they're basically the same game. Overall, a great game, waiting for more.

what door? there are many, and besides it isnt too hard to figure out yourself, but i'll give you a hint if you need one badly

Sweet but short. I expected more of the "WTF" element as well. Not bad, but so far it seems like just another mod that expects you to work your ass off every time you have to get past a door. Having said that, I still expect this mod to be pretty good. Please give us more next time.

All in all, I feel that this mod has more difficulty than fun ._.

You believe in yourself with all your might... and wait for the door to magically appear.

If it doesn't, you need to believe harder.

 

Eh, i gave up on believing and hacked my way out with a save editor. is it technically cheating when it's most likely harder to do than just doing it the normal way? (i spent a little while figuring out coordinates that wouldn't get quote sad inside a wall)

 

OK, this is really annoying, in the chest room I find the trick chest, but it doesn't do anything!!

Obviously you need to look for another chest after you open the first.

Note that you don't have to look through every one of the 100 chests if you're smart enough to spot the hint.
