Who's cute in Cave Story

What will I make the ears of my beanbag out of, though? They must be able to endure many hours of ass time. Or if they were easy enough to make I could replace them, but I'd rather not. Can't think of anything soft that would still stick up.

 

Just felt or something like that. That stuff is pretty durable..sort of.

 

Even if I attach the felt firmly enough, which I probably could, it would lie flat against the beanbag, and Critter ears stick up. This is quite the dilemma I have here. I could make them out of steel and be like, "DO YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO SIT IN THIS CHAIR?"
I'll figure something out. Pix will be provided when it's done, which may not be for a while.

 

Solution: You glue them upwards, not flat against the bag. Just on one edge, then stick it on. You need a pretty strong adhesive though

 

Sounds like a good idea; I'm willing to have two huge globs of glue on my beanbag if it means making it look like a Critter.
Next project: Balrog toaster. (jokes, I will have to do that after beanbag critter)

Note to self: do not decorate toaster with flammable materials.
Other note to self: beanbag modifications must undergo rigorous ass-testing. I don't want my Critter's face falling apart because it can't handle my skinny behind.

The main objective here is to create an adorable beanbag based on Cave Story, though. Not superpowerful furniture.

 

and things that shoot may be bad if they misfire. I.E. shot to the face. And it must be cute and cuddly and fluffy!

 

Fluffy beanbag? No! That wouldn't work at all. If Critters are flffy, that aspect of them will be overlooked.
I feel like we're getting way off topic, but I want to keep discussing this and I don't want to make a new thread for it.

I don't know if I want to spend that much money on a beanbag that I'm going to deface. Or just facify, I guess, since I'm making it into a Critter.
Does Tempurpedic make beanbags, even?

That's probably the worst idea I've ever heard for making a beanbag. Man, you guys, I'm just gonna go down to Wal-Mart and pick up a red/orange/green/blue/purple beanbag. Nothing fancy, although CS deserves it.

 

you know, a plush jenka beanbag would be comfy.

 

Not to mention incredibly creepy. I'd go for a plush toy Toroko, though. That'd be awesome.
