Hello, I would have posted here sooner but I didn't notice it before.

I have played CaveStory since 2009 I have glanced at the forums every now and then(which is why I know that woodenrat probably won't ever pay for anything, not even CS beta[if he ever got the chance], unless he absolutely has to). I purchased CaveStory+ twice for myself, and I going to get for a friend. until 1 month ago I never read a tutorial for CaveStory but preferred to find everything on my own, coincidentally, I never got to Hell. I heard of it, tried many different ideas, but somehow managed to never find the tow rope. I got everything else possible in the game. I now am on Hell for the first time. The booster 2.0 finally makes sense. I also have a good(or at least I'd like to think so) idea for a CS mod.

I bet WoodenRat's even stealing his neighbour's wireless internet.
As for Hell, just remember that you will never get through the second chamber without taking damage, and that you can refill your health by moving between the second and third chambers to refresh those hearts sitting there.

The last person who introduced themselves like this turned out to be a spambot, and it covered the entire site in ads overnight :(

Hiya! I'm new here!

I'm 21 and I'm from Spain. I first played the freeware version of Cave Story a long time ago, although I didn't beat it and lost my save file when I had to format my drive.

A couple of days ago I was looking through Steam's sales and I saw Cave Story+ there. I was like: Will it include cool stuff? Well, it's cheap, so I'll buy it and see it for myself. And I'm quite happy with the new additions and such.

And one note, please forgive me if sometimes sound awkward when speaking English.

Hello, I'm new. I am from Canada(et oui je parle le francais) and I had been hearing a lot about cave story for awhile, and I just recently bothered to try it out. My friend gave me the humble bundle cavestory+ and instantly I loved it.
Hmmmmm, the post is over, I suddenly feel hunger and the need for chocolate.

(et oui je parle en francais)
corrections in bold

you could have also just said je parle francais,
but "i speak the french" doesn't make much sense.

Hello everyone. Obviously, I'm new here. And I'm terrible at writing introductions, so that's all I got right now.

Of course, the word "epic" still had a meaning before World of Warcraft, so I hope you live up to that! Walcom frand.
