Completing Gungrave on Normal (since they changed the name from Easy to Normal for PAL copies of the game). Everything dies so easily, and I felt a sense of detachment because enemies deal so little damage. Suffice to say, that feeling didn't exist for Hard (just the right amount of challenge) and Kickass (which is the same but more damage) difficulties.

Easiest achievement ever: playing the original Polybius arcade game

...I don't see how it's supposed to make me feel sick or paranoid, tbh.
