To be completely honest, I'm 3 seconds from abandoning TDP to the wolves.

I've just got this perpetual feeling of futility.
Like somehow no matter what I do, nothing gets accomplished.
And that's no condition to write/script/draw under. (Unless you WANT the finished product to be a pile of shit on a stick.)

So, I'm open for suggestions on how to fix this.

What's happened is you've become unhappy with the mod. For a while I got sick of Illustrated and just stopped completely. Then I got a new idea and had loads of fun making Pirate-The Untold Story.

It was a shame for me to give up on Illustrated but I'm glad I did it. I think you just need some time to have a break and maybe find something new to make a mod about.

I get this kinda feeling alot, especially when I work on just one project for a long time. I think the best thing to do, if you're in a slump, is to take a break.

Like, you don't need to give up on anything. Just come back to it when you feel like you have a reason to want to work on it, not just because that's what you're doing. If that makes any sense...

Think about what inspired you in the first place. You musta had some reason for making this.

I've been on break for a few months now...
I just can't seem to make it flow like it was.

 

eh, change the name back.
and then you can mess it up a lot to make it fit the new (old) name, including changing plot and other stuff that you got sick of, while maintaining the awesomez gameplay.

Level 2 clearance does not exist.
If it does, then it's in a map that I cannot get to.
I checked everywhere and the only new thing I found was an Expansion Pack.
