The 2014 Valentines Day Thread!

Yeah, so over where I live it's Valentines day already, so I thought why not make a thread for the occasion? (Someone else would've eventually)
So, how are you guys spending your time during this occasion?
And how about maybe some sort of picture or something?

For me, basically just enjoying the snow with the neighbors. It snows a lot in February here.
Considering it just snowed, here's a little something for 'the spirit of Valentines' represented by crudely made-snow people!

This is the shit I hate and I can imagine most of the replies in this thread will be similar to this. Valentine's Day, despite popular belief, isn't just about romantic love. Just because you don't have a special somepony doesn't mean you can't celebrate the platonic love you have for your friends. Go out and see a movie. Eat some chocolate. Eat a rose or something. I can't stand this moping people do.

It's a lot more than simple dissapointment. Confessing your feelings for someone takes a lot of self-esteem to do so, and you'll have a hell of a aftermath to experience if you get rejected. It's not a simple 'just do it' kind of thing.
If you'd treat it like a casual thing to say to someone, then you didn't love her/him in the first place and wanted something else instead :v

a) give up on the person you want to ask out
or
b) take a chance and see if they like you back
