He already said it's in "indefinite hiatus" meaning he's quitting, probably forever. but also he means he might continue if he feels like it or something like that.

 

It's a shame, this mod is quite a good idea and I don't think it's been done before.
I hope someone will do something similar in the future; or even revive this mod

I had thoughts on reviving it one day although I'm new to CS modding at the moment. I have edited the game before but not an a huge level. Besides, I don't know what BLink is planning for the mod aside from some unfinished levels he mentioned if he did have the motivation to keep working on it.

As a friend of his and a beta-tester personage, I can pretty much say it was all over the place, not much a story on Sue but rather a bunch of cool map ideas and concepts without any real reasoning between them.

I see, that may explain why the game was cancelled. But hey, aside from typos and some oddities, it was a good attempt.

If I do, I'll just finish it and no revisions, and it might be quite a while before I do it.

 

This is definitely one of the best mods in story of Cave Story. Finish the last version, you will not regret it.
