Well lets start.

Machine Gun.

Nice amount of damage at level 3 plus the ability to hover. Pretty much pathetic at level 1 and not much better at level 2.

Blade

Craploads of damage. Ma Pignon and the 1-per-shot broke the perfect 10/10. It's level 3, while easy to get rid of, is quite a nuesence vs bosses, losing a possible 9/10. (Except vs ZomBallos, in which it does a nice amount of damage)

Spur

 

9.5/10 It does incredible amount of damage and it does not decreases level.
But it is slow to charge up and the level 1 do not help much.

Nemesis.

Nice the way it blasts through the deletes in the sacred grounds and both of ballos' second form eyes, but it levels up way too quickly.

Bubbler.

a weapon that is very shit at the start and is only really useful at level 3 ( as a shield sorta from what i heard ) and it has a nice rate of fire at lvl 3

Good weapon against stuff that just sits on the ground. Also the only weapon that kinda shoots diagonally if aimed right.

Snake

Great fire rate at all levels, and I've actually beaten the boss rush with 3 HP, and only it. It's truly the ultimate weapon, and should never be just "given away" in any CS mods.

My hell record with it: 3'09"7

Super Missiles

An awesome weapon. Specially at level 3, but level 2 is acceptable. A must have for speedruns. Only thing that makes it not so good is it's limited ammo.

Polar Star

That's a shameful weapon, only a little good a level 3, but still shameful.
Well, this is the last non-rated weapon I think:
Normal Missiles.

they suck because they have a better weapon then it that is orange, it has a plain white colour but despite that it can take out a few things.

This thread is about weapons... A weapon is something you use to kill your enemies not something to run trough them

So I start another one:

Fireball

I really don't like the Fireball, the only time it's feasably useful is Grasstown, and parts of the Sand Zone. It has a nice concept, but there are very few oppertunities when the Polar Star is not a better choice.

I love the Nemesis.

The shooting through walls thing is great against normal enemies but doesn't do anything for bosses. The wide area is good. The inablity to destroy blocks with it drove me insane, every other weapon could do it apart from fireball and snake, I just couldn't use it as my main weapon.

Bubble shield = awesome. It's also got some good range, which my 'avoid-all-risk' playstyle found really useful. Shooting over walls was a feature I also often used. Lastly, being able to 'charge' it against bosses and then release some ~25 bubbles into their face was nice.
