My return here after being unable to access these forums for almost a month D:

... Still wonder why I couldn't access these forums, as clearing my cache didn't help...

101 is impressive in this day and age. I try to read at least 5 - 10 books on various subjects a month.

There was this day last year-December 3rd-where I spent all day sitting outside, because it was 70 degrees and everything smelled like fresh rain.

It was very, very windy. All the dead leaves fluttering around looked like they were dancing. The clouds were very large and fluffy, moving rather quickly through a sapphire sky of all sorts of pretty shades.

And even though it was cold again the next day, that day proved to be the start of my own Calm, much needed after the madness of October and November.

It was awesomesauce :)

Another time is even further back in September, where I went to a "family reunion" of sorts, with lots of siblings and cousins, not so many parents and uncles.

We spent the whole day eating awesome food, watching movies, and just...talking. The best part was when Me, my brother, and my cousin went outside on the balcony of the highest floor, and just talked about all sorts of things and reminisced about stuff. My brother and cousin are much older than me and best friends, and for most of my life I've been seen as an inferior or tagalong kid, especially by my brother, since we don't have a great relationship. That's all right. But then, I got to sit there and just talk as a sort-of equal for once.

Also Sulyya Springs was playing in my head the whole night, which lasted until 1:00 A.M.

That was one of the happiest days of my life...

I had a good time yesterday, I played games and Skyped and somehow managed to do this until 1 in the morning
Also it was like -50C yesterday, so I didn't have to go outside once!

It is cool to be part of this forum where you can be honest and have some fun.
I was at a cool dance yesterday. I really recommend going to dance classes for everyone - they'll really pay off. It feels so nice when people are saying "look at that guy/girl dancing, those moves are neat".

Man, I miss contra dancing. It's a fun way to get exercise, there's great people, and I get to wear my hippie skirts. And dem fiddles :F Wish I was free Fridays

On that note, I'm happy because I'm being scheduled more hours at work. And what's better is they are during the day. I'm sick of my screwed up sleep schedule, and I'm sick of the people I work with on my usual 3-close. I worked my 3rd ever day shift today from 1-6. One of my coworkers now works my usual 3-9 shift. She was bitching and trying to guilt trip me about it by saying "Yeah I sure liked having the 1-6 shift. I got to spend time with my husband". She reiterated this at least 3 times. Bitch I don't care. You've had that shift long enough. It's my turn :p

Anyway, this means I'll be making more than freaking 30 dollars a week. So I'm pretty excited. Gives me more hope for activities with certain internet friends.

Though, now I kinda wish I did more with all the time I had off...
