Noxid could easily make his own game.
It would take longer than modding cave story, though.

one would think with the number of changes/mods/whatever you want to call the thousand-and-one ASM hacks he's done that he basically has already.

Grandma's Soup was way OP'd.

Milk is the best way to go when you have less than 8 hearts.

i believe the concept of the soup (but maybe with a different effect) existed in prior Zelda games
likely well hidden though.
and as for Wind Waker, who's even going to think that "Hey, I should bring my apparently depressed grandma a FAIRY instead of going and getting my sister back like she's obviously upset over."
