I made a GIF of a robot inspired by the Presses from Cave Story, I used the four colours from a Game Boy palette.

Cool stuff, I like the blink animation, it seems really nervous.

 

Thanks, that was the look I was going for. I don't know why, I liked the idea of this large killer robot being really scared and constantly on edge.

Connorses, those look really cool. The bouncing cat is really cute, I love the animation on it.

Those are pretty good lookin Pixel. Nice and smooth. Reminds me of the statues you find in Terraria, except a bit more defined.

 

I think it looks a little rough on the crystals, but without the specks, it looks very plain.

It's awesome, but it's really purple. If that was going into a game, it would be pretty hard to see. But I dunno, maybe if it was animated it would be easier.
Basically, more variety in colour should do it? Probably?
It's a really cool sprite btw.

It reminds me a lot of characters from Chrono Trigger though. Especially the eyes...

 

Doors I'd appreciate seeing that sprite at a smaller resolution. It's a good idea to put up a blown up version of your sprite and an in game resolution pic of your sprite.

 

 

The bottom of your character should bell out a bit. It'll make them look actually sturdy.

 

add more contrast for the purple in her hair. the difference in between colors is very unnoticeable, it just looks like the same color unless you zoom in. the banding in the body isnt really pretty, so i suggest simplifying the sprite.

if you arent sure what banding is, ill show an example.

it really doesnt show any depth and its pretty ugly looking.

i also dont know whats up with the short arms but okay

 

These are the only 'worthwile' Pixel arts I've ever made: A cuboidal windowless red-brick house and a drop of unknown translucent colored substance in a dark place with a small amount of light coming from somewhere, in two versions.

Time for some motherfucking skulls

Wanted to try out this nifty program, and I ended up using this for most of it and aseprite for the last part where I tried to get the mouth right. Based it off of this. It was pretty hard to get that jaw right, and even now it isn't really exact but oh well at least I did a skull

 

I was bored. I don't have any plans to use this tileset for anything atm and I might add more to it later.
