1) I read the rules.
2) I did NOT save it as a JPEG. I saved it as a .BMP.
3) I think photobucket does something weird with .BMPs and changes them into JPEGs. Before, I was doing it in .PNG, and this time it came in .BMP, and I didn't suspect photobucket would mutilate a .BMP into a .JPEG.

For your information, BMP is not one of the standard web image formats (it's a proprietary format by microsoft). coupled with the fact that BMP files have an obscene amount of redundant data, nobody is going to want to host those on their image server.

As for the favicon, I actually hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. Now our quote is facing the same way as http://doukutsu.rdy.jp/ :0

Well, it's kind of to be expected. Threads around here usually have some rapid activity for a while then quiet down. Or at least the good ones.
The same thing kind of happens on the thread I stole this from, but they have like a hundred zillion more people and also their image is absurdly large.
