For your information, BMP is not one of the standard web image formats (it's a proprietary format by microsoft). coupled with the fact that BMP files have an obscene amount of redundant data, nobody is going to want to host those on their image server.2) I did NOT save it as a JPEG. I saved it as a .BMP.
3) I think photobucket does something weird with .BMPs and changes them into JPEGs. Before, I was doing it in .PNG, and this time it came in .BMP, and I didn't suspect photobucket would mutilate a .BMP into a .JPEG.
