I think that Mimigas wear sweaters for the same reason that women wear high heels. :p

As I said, clothing is optional for Mimigas, so it is most likely something they use to look good or something. Which is why I made the high heel reference.

Though it could be winter at the time. Not all places snow during winter. You don't get snow during winter where I live. Plus the higher up in the air you are, the colder it can get.
