Them humans, having those weird fetishes that Jacob has, raped the mimigas. The mimigas proceeded to wear clothes and not show off anything. That is why they wear sweaters. That is also why all female mimigas in Cave Story are flat.

Again, this has been proven false. Humans and rabbits are not of the same genus and are biologically incompatible for cross-species reproduction.
