It's true, the rules state that you are disqualified if you stop playing until you start playing again

Not sure why you're seeing some class files. I'm just seeing "logo.bmp", "music.org", "orgsamp.dat", and "warp tunnel demo.jar", the latter of which you need to run in order to play this game. If you can't open it, then ensure you have the latest version of Java installed.

321 seems like a good number

also: puush images probably won't work unless you a) get the image url directly (ending with .jpg or whatever) or b) it just doesn't allow hotlinking.

I would like to make a suggestion regarding your awarding system. You are giving participants one AP if they beat your score, but if they don't do that, they at least get two for participating. I've been raised to not have a huge fondness for participation trophies. I'm not against giving people at least some points for taking part in this event, but I find it ironic how the act of simply posting a score is worth two AP, but then beating your score is worth one. I think this should be changed so that the difficulty of each task corresponds to the amount of points each achievement is worth, and that a simple participation doesn't take precedence over putting forth the competitive effort to beat a score. Just my opinion.

Also, Meta and Yakkers are really jamming.

Reaching my limit though I think. I had to restart like 70+ times before I got that time. If Yakkers tops me again I don't think I'll be able to top him back. ):

Dude you are aware that the points are literally pointless, why would you care about the ranking system at all

If this goes on for long enough I probably won't be able to resist coming up with some swanky points system :orangebell:

Also, second opinion regarding time allotments: It might me prudent to adjust this based on game length/level of interest. This game is so short/simple that running it for an extra week would probably garner little extra participation.

Tip for anyone going for a high score: It's best to try and stay on the inside of turns - like if there's a series of swirls ahead, you'll want to stay in a straight line through the space to keep the best control. There seems to be a point where the sharper turns just physically aren't possible, so staying up against the turn's wall so you can just quickly cut around as you make the turn gives you the biggest window to fit through.

There's a lot of luck involved, I've had turns I physically couldn't even make at 20 secs in. Straight sideways turns are the worst, because your mouse can't go as far from the center as a diagonal turn.

This, big time. Sometimes I can reach 35+ before it becomes crazy, other times it happens at 25. It feels like the camera is wonky to me, or I just can't see that I hit outside the tunnel because it happened so fast.
