Alright let me get this account started with.
Everyone that likes cave story comes here obviously, so I thought that they would want to check this out.
Information about the mod can be seen on my youtube account sharing the same name.

You can view my thoughts of the original game through out the internet.
Basicly this is the same game only with different textures and level design.
I have leaked spoilers throughout the web, the mod will be released on march 23.

This pathetic mod is finished, but I'll let you know in this dead topic when I stop updating.

The purpose of the mod is too fulfill my wishes of making Cave Story a better game for me.
Anybody trying the mod out, please use constructive criticism instead of bashing the mod.

I think you should not use coloured font because it's against the rules, and that I'll move this to ideas and development until you have a download link.

hey guys, I want to do something nice for everyone.
the link below is a demo of the mod I am working on, already checked my self and its safe.
one quick note is that I made the script different, and by that I mean curse words. (18+)
however im sure you won't mind after a while.
changes might be made for the release

e: Excellent so far, although I was disappointed to see that some of the dialogue was the same as the original in certain parts. I hope the finished version has a more complete overhaul of the text.

Anyone come across a problem in the shack during the demo?
I stood there for a while right before the Boss because I afk'd then the game turned purple and about as glitched as an atari game.
Couldn't get a pic of it however, oh well.

Okay, I am no expert modder, but this mod is bad.
Sorry, just I had to stop playing cause of the tedious Graphics THAT MADE MY EYE BALLS BLEED.
The Custom Music, BAD.
The Level design is barely changed.
The only good thing is the dialog.

No, blood was not rushing out of my eyes, BUT THE GRAPHICS WERE GIVING ME A HEADACHE
