I know you guys like to throw science at the wall and see what sticks, but I prefer to keep things vague and magical, like Pixel did. I'm sure others share my point of view. Besides, whenever these theories get actually scientific it's basically circlejerking.
(It may be circlejerking in other cases as well but that's not the point)
And don't use this thread as an example of me supporting science, because I made that to confirm how ridiculous and sad this subforum is getting. Mimiga body chemistry is not important to the story or even very interesting, and we certainly have no canonical evidence to back up any claims.

But enough of my opinions, continue to talk amongst yourselves.
