Yes it is. By "private" I mean someone (presumably SkyWelse) is paying for the webspace to host it. It is his site, which means that he can set pretty much any rule he likes and enforce it. Actually, I'm pretty sure all forums are private forums in that sense. They may be public in the sense that anyone can see them, but then so is your house. And that's certainly private, right?

Ok, they might say freedom of speech, but at least have some sense, know what annoys others. If one already state his annoyance, pretty much everyone else will too, unless the "one" is biased against you, of course. Let the war begin.
