the biggest project we've ever pulled off is like.. a house?
Me and my friend built an entire kingdom on a public server in like half a month :T
But that's probably because we worked all the time on it
Either way I've built several large rollercoasters in a day so maybe if we determine ourselfs we can make something bigger then a... house.

I guess we could make a true slamjam superdome together.
Or a crude house.

Survival: meh... A giant wood/cobble mansion..

Creative: floating thingy with beacons

Block 119 available to regular users: Now this is serious...

But if you think about it... How long before everyone just stops playing on it... Would it last a month before it becomes just like the previous one?
I'm not saying we wouldn't use it, but I'm with Noxid on this... I don't think it will last...

What if we added Tekkit into the mix? Then we would be talking pretty sweet buildings.....

I would love to see that! I'm thinking of bugging a few of my friends to recreate the entire game on Minecraft, just like we're doing every map of Earthbound.

Alright. I can do Tekkit since I like that one, although if Equivalent Exchange is still a part of it I'm disabling that because it's complete bullshit.
I can set it up tomorrow when I get home. Are there any other mods that I should add in

I just took a look at Tekkit, there's actually another big update since I last checked and it brings out a deciion we have to make:
The two current versions they have are TEKKIT™ and Tekkit Lite. The newest one (Tekkit) has some new fancy moon mods or something, but IndustrialCraft is gone (;w;). That means the electricity system is gone, I'm not sure if it's got some other mod in its place.
Tekkit Lite is what I was talking about earlier with conveyor belts and all, it's roughly the same package with a few consistency tweaks and such.

I'll look more into what the new package does and doesn't have later, but for now my vote goes to Tekkit Lite because I really like IndustrialCraft.
There's also some new RPG modpack called Hexxit, perhaps we could look into that too.

Hack/mine.
It's part of the technic pack, I'm pretty sure you need a separate server for it but it's pretty damn cool.

I would say get Tekkit Classic, but there is some kind of issue with blocks, the world I generated had machines in clusters where ore should have been.

Okay no we HAVE to have IC this is a requirement
Also I've tried hack/mine and it really isn't that fun for more than ten minutes in my opinion. Maybe it's different for multiplay?

TFC is kinda cool but I really cannot see that being very exciting on a multiplayer server.

Also I agree with Noxid, fuck Equivalent Exchange
It just puts a number on everything and takes away the value of any specific individual material.

I belive Tekkit Lite is mostly the same thing as Classic, just rewritten for the new multiplayer format and with a few mods taken out that ended being problematic.

I've played Hack/mine on a multiplayer server and DAMN DID WE GET A LOT OF CA- I mean it was really fun.
Although I do wish there was more to it. I.e. more weapons and spells and such.
I found it fun when we made a party of like 6 people. FIREBALLS EVERYWHERE OH GOD
But yeah with some friends it is good. Public servers with a lot of people who get on regularily are mayhem on a daily basis. Fun.
