Learn the basics for general drawing, like using geometric forms to model something.
There is a nice book with the name "The New Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain".
If you can reproduce things, animals and persons with great accuracy, you can analyse some manga.
Also, there's no definite manga style. Manga styles range from realistic to super deformed to ugly. Afer some time, you will automatically develop your own style. Don't force it!

Everyone can learn to draw.

I'd say it was drawn with a graphic tablet.
I have one as well, but it is too small. It's a volito. The worst is that it doesn't even draw clean lines with the linux driver :p

Hehe, whoa, nice improvement there! I really like the new one for some reason...

While some of the more elite manga connoisseurs (big words o_O) may dismiss it (omg it not real manga wtf), with a bit of practice you'll nail it, hehe! :p

You're getting there, you have got the basics down and now its just practice from here on out. Along with tutorials try drawing other anime/manga pictures you find to get a feel for the style. And just keep drawing Quote and other CS characters, with time you will get it perfect. Just keep trying and be patient, its rewarding in the end.

Yeah, the eyes are a little big, it makes them look somewhat feminine. Males in this style usually have smaller eyes. (I have seen few exceptions though, and because of how the official artwork for Quote by Pixel is done this may be one.) Oh, and another thing I didn't notice until just now is that Quote's all pure white (robot) and his hair is black, but don't worry too much about colors right now. Thats just a bit of a random nitpick, heh.

And go ahead and give Curly a shot, I'm curious to see the result.

ive done a pic a while back in the sorta whitish blue colour and it doesnt seem the match well so i think ill stick to the pink (thats my opinion)

yeah i read in the tutorial that those eyes are for females and younger kids including teens, so quote looks like a kid and be as tall as one right?

yeah ill do the curly one in couple of days :p cause it will soon be the weekend :D

I kinda like the eyes like that. It makes him seem much younger, which I think fits pretty well. I'd imagine Quote and Curly's age (well... *apparent* age I should say) to be early teens or some such. At the very least, check the height differences. They're about the same height as Sue, while Momorin, The Doc, and even Kazuma are much taller. Seeing that they're older, it fits. I guess that means that Misery's just short, but ah well. Just don't tell her that face-to-face. :p

Any decent book on anatomy for artists should be fine. Probably cheaper and more useful too. More versatile.

I don't know of any though.
