Wait, I just realised, I confused Sue's Workshop and Cave Editer. Damn.

Literally the only disadvantage is needing to be careful about the drum tracks, which can be helped if a notice is there.
So realistically I either have to hack the exe to include this notice or create an exe that displays the notice and then loads the orgmaker exe, though I suspect that Windows vista and up would be a pain about it. -_-

I'll have to save it for a later update. But where can I find the info about the Orgmaker 2 drums?

(Per01)

That's the order of the drums that CS uses vanilla. Using more than 6 will crash the game. Using them in any other order will make it not play the right drums. Also the Per01 sound in Org205x is different than what CS uses.
If it were me I'd just throw in a .txt file or edit the Help display (which nobody probbly reads) but I'm lazy.

Even if I added the .txt file to the start menu items no-one would ever read it.

If only we had a version of Orgmaker 2 with hardcoded drums. That would solve the issue once and for all.

Well if they can't be bothered to read the file that is specifically called "readme" then that's their own fault

That sounds like a hack that would be "possible"
but I'm not sure if that's the best good idea...

As a social experiment, let's rename every "readme.txt" to "thedayifuckedacow.txt".

Yes, it seems just about fine, the only thing is that Booster's Lab isn't launching from the start menu, I'm not sure if that's because of my computer or what.

Hey remember how we used to play Minecraft..

No, but I've already tried Booster's Lab normally and it works, but the start menu shortcut didn't.

Works fine. I like the icons for the programs, by the way.

It is done. Sue's Workshop is now depreciated.

I will point out that the description of Cave Editor in the downloads page appears to have not been amended to reflect the fact that it's now competing with Booster's Lab, and not Sue's Workshop. I suppose I haven't used Booster's Lab a ton, so I can't know for sure, but hasn't Booster's Lab surpassed Cave Editor by this point in features? If so, then Cave Editor's current description on the downloads page could possibly be a bit misleading to new modders by telling them that it has "a less user friendly interface but more features.".

Well, I guess at this point they're both at a sort of an equilibrium with features. BL does some things CE doesn't, and CE still does some things BL can't yet (changing the start map and editing some weapon things) but that should change in the next BL update.
I do agree the description should be updated though.
