More to the point: Sue didn't really have a choice in the matter. The only other female Mimiga nearby was Toroko, and she didn't have any pants (or mind), and then she never met up with her mom that I remember after Quote popping up. And I don't think she would be wearing her brother's pants.

She's wearing pants, the mutation just made it look like fur, when she's turned back for that split second she's still wearing pants.

It just struck me a few minutes ago that, despite being raised as a human. And I'm assuming that she had developed human values/morals. Sue seemed completely okay with not wearing any pants as a Mimiga.

Even if Sue had no pants, her shirt goes down to her feet, it's like wearing a dress. You cannot tell if she has pants or not. She could have anything from shorts to a g-string or even nothing at all and not care because no-one will ever see down there. It is like saying that human women shouldn't be okay with wearing skirts or dresses because they don't wear much underneath it.

I suppose that also depends on what she's used to wear. Suddenly switching from pants to skirts would surely feel uncomfortable at first. And IMO, Sue's not the type to wear skirts or dresses.

It is a normal t-shirt. Sue's shirt doesn't get shorter when she becomes a Mimiga, she does. The shirt is still the same size, but it comes down to Mimiga Sue's feet.
