It says "soft" (sofuto), which is probably referring to software. There's also a small "tsu" in front of the word tho, which is odd since that normally indicates a pause (ex. if "ika" had a small tsu between the "i" and "ka", it would become "ikka" which is like "i (short pause) ka" ). I'm at a loss for what it means.

This one was tougher, since it had 2 kanji I didn't recognize (and looking up kanji is hard since you can't exactly type it if you don't know how to pronounce it, based on how the IME works). But I found it in a kanji list, and I think it says "hyaku kai kinen" which basically means "100th anniversary", but it doesn't specify what it is the anniversary is of.

I spent like half an hour looking up the kanji so I could type them into a translator, but then it just gets weirder.

That's about the best I can do, since I don't recognize the structure that is being used in the latter half of the sentence.

Just like the english text underneath.

(also apparently the correct way to say pxtone is "pisuton", according to pixel at least (or should I say "pisuru"))

At first I thought it was just a scrappy picture but then I was like "whoa, the cat's eyes are fish". Then I looked some more, and I noticed the squirrel's face was also birds. This made me draw the conclusion that the cow's nose was a frog, but maybe I'm looking into this too much now.
