I got a mod and I want to know how to use plus porter and then actually make the mod work when I boot up the game. also I use epic games version.

Is this the same issue as in your other thread where you're asking about using Plus Porter to install a mod that has been ported? Or is this a more generic question about porting mods to CS+ and CS+ modding in general?
