Is cookie pizza a legitimate thing? Because I would eat that any day. I've had some delicious variations of pizza, like fruit for toppings on a graham cracker crumb crust.

Cookie pizza is basically a very large, thin cookie that is served in slices. It is among the best things ever, up there with the (sadly fictional) taco burger as mankind's greatest invention. ^ ^

If you're not hungry, go ahead and search cookie pizza on Google images. Go do it, right now. :3

Grannie's cookies:
Cream together 1 cup margarine, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup brown sugar in large mixing bowl.
Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla; beat well.
Sift together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Stir in 2 cups oatmeal, 2 cups chocolate chips.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees (Fahrenheit) for 12 minutes.

Tell me what you think, if you try them.

The thing is SEBTi, that recipe was made by a 12-year-old who knew nothing about cooking/mixology, whereas these were made by people with lots of experience, like whoever made the first one, or my grannie.

I'm pretty sure most of the alcohol would cook out upon baking for 9-12 minutes, I could be wrong though.

Not a cookie, but it's maybe one of my most favorite things ever:

ingredients:
250 cl of cream
powerdered sugar(varies) start with 20-30g
packet of vanilla sugar
1 chocolate bar with crunchy fillings(Caramel and crisp flavours will do)

tools:
chopping board
decent chopping knife
bowl
mixer
baking spatula
sieve(optional)

-Get a chopping board and a sharp knife
-Get the chocolate bar ready, smash it with great force against the board several times
-Chop up the remaining bits of chocolate into tiny pieces, you can filter out the bits of chocolate dust by using a sieve (optional)
-Get a mixer ready, bowl would be useful too
-Pour in powdered sugar, cream and vanilla sugar into said bowl
-Start whipping it with the mixer, and by that i mean you have to tilt the bowl slightly during the process to incorporate more air into the mix
-This process takes a while, but once it starts to stiffen give it a taste and see if it needs more powdered sugar. Keep adding sugar untill it tastes to your liking
-You can tell it's properly whipped when you tilt the bowl and the mix doesn't slide across the bowl anymore. Generally i'd like it a little underbeaten(The mix is slowly moving), but you really shouldn't beat the mix beyond this point, otherwise it will taste pretty bad.
-Get a dough spatula, and gently incorporate the bits of chocolate into the mix.
-You don't want to store this for too long, the mix will deflate over time.

You don't really have to use it as topping(like on icecream/brownies/COOKIES) as it's good enough on it's own imo
