Cave Story is more of an intermission in it's time era, instead, you could be in Star Fox or some other really high action future game.

does anyone know how long the time difference is between each of the big bad doctor guys?

because what if one was like 100000 years ago then maybe the regular doctor is like in the past

probably the future though because i dont think the big bad doctor was ever in a lot of history books or anything
