That sounds like a fun idea, but if you were to say "a character" does that exclude anyone who doesn't have a line of text minus Quote?
What could possibly go wrong?

It would have to be a major character. Perhaps I'll make a list, but generally stick to majorly important dudes like Balrog, Misery, Balrog, Kanpachi, or Balrog.
