Time update! 1'14"7 Video in higher AVI quality, I didn't have to edit it! (Watching directly may de-sync, download and play with a media player instead.)
Curly had responded to Quote's last video and retried it with a new trick! Now she is confident with her new time! Everybody, try to beat Curly's time!

At long last, Jenka finally woke up! I liked the Jenka ver. Even though gameplay remains the same, it's ... find all the puppies...?
The puppy in the chest down below must have been infused with flight magic. There were winged Puppies in the NpcSand.pbm that were unused. If only the Carry Puppy NPC were hacked though and it animates with the hold of a jump button...
I will try the new version out anyway.
EDIT: Annnnd I have set a new record! Now it is 1'06"1!Video(Forgot to set proper recording audio source for CamStudio so I added music and sfx as best as I could in Roxio VideoWave. Next time, it won't happen again.)
EDIT: I beat my own record, but I will not show it until this time (striked) is beaten by someone else OR if the topic is old.
Making sure to keep falling without landing on certain ground. Just when falling, hold the opposite direction and "hug" the wall making sure never move to the left. Did it with trial and error. Then, it is just a matter of going back up and how you do it.
Watching previous videos I upload and X-Calibar's YouTube videos (mainly the most recent ones) really help out. Precision falling to reach the chest, you should be at 0'18"3 or better when you open it to get the Booster/Puppy/Little Man.
EDIT: Holy crap! I now really broke the minute barrier. Record is 0'58"9!Video
(Singsongy) Quote took back the ti-tle! Quote took back the ti-tle!
I said I wasn't going to try again if you broke the 1 minute barrier... but I was responding to your previous post (didn't expect a new score yet...!)
So even though it looks like this score won't hold out long ;P
They might be a bit scary, but at the very least the moving blocks are very predictable, given that they're proximity triggered. And if it's predictable it's not too hard to speedrun, normally.

I actually have no problems with them in vanilla CS(aside from waiting for them). But for some reason, they usually crush me in other cases. Like in the short forked section in this mod.
I guess I'm going to retry at least beating this challenge, instead of just only reaching the chest and dying afterwards.
Doing it again here. I am keeping my new time under wraps until either my current record is beaten or (this time) 30 days have passed from my last post. If you have a new time, please quote this post to alert me.
Follow my strategies and tips on this earlier post.
