i played Timpani, btw. so i can do bass clef.
treble clef, not so much.

 

The note on the first ledger line above the staff in bass clef is the same as the note on the first ledger line below the staff in treble clef.

doesn't Baritone Saxaphone sound like a bass clef instrument?
Well it's not.

Even though I play piano, I still read bass REALLY slowly, just work from C.

 

There's really no difference between the two, other than one is the other shifted. just use FACE /All Cows Eat Grass for the spaces and everything else just falls into place.

 

I wonder if there are any viola players here who read alto clef O_o. I know how to but I'm very slow at it.

It's very beautiful, but the ending seems kinda abrupt.

It's been forever guys! Glad to see that the project is still going strong.
I'm afraid I've lost track of the list of songs and everything though.:eek: I got busy and then I saw that the forums were gone and I got a little confused and left it alone for a long time.

Anyway, @ JetHawk95: I sent you a message on the Mirai Gamer Forums that you can ignore now that I know the project has moved here.

Okay, so I finally got around to finishing JetHawk95's Seal Chamber remix. I added some guitar and stuff. Nothing too fancy. Honestly, I got a little bored with it, but I still think it came out pretty good. I might still need to fix some minor mixing issues though (I'm not sure cuz I haven't tested it on all my different speakers and headphones).

Alrighty, so I got everything up to date on the complete track list (page 34). There are 4 songs which I have put in "red" and I'm considering them dead. One is DaphinoXX's (spelling might be wrong on that) and the other 3 are JetHawk95's.

@ JetHawk95: If you could confirm to me that they are dead, I will remove them. Or maybe you have information that I missed somehow. Just let me know what to do with those three songs. Sorry if I missed an update from you somehow.
@ Lace: You still around? If so, I think it would be awesome if you could be ready with the album art real soon since the deadline is pretty much one month from now.

WERE ALMOST THERE GUYS!!! Some great stuff so far. Hopefully we'll see some great final entries. Either way, there are some great songs here already! GREAT WORK! BAM!

 

Lace is still around, and I believe he said something recently about working on updated versions of the album art.

I would recommend changing the color scheme in the list to improve readability in the new skin. Bright colors show up well against both light and dark backgrounds, so perhaps red = dead, blue = in progress, green = complete?

According to my records, the only songs that have not yet been remixed are:

Meltdown 2
Labyrinth Fight

The Way Back Home

Game Over

Rtnario said he was working on a Scorching Back remix, though I haven't seen him around, so idk.

Like the 3 "fanfare" tunes, the Game Over tune would probably only really work in a medley, so I might combine it with other game-over-ish songs like Cemetery, Quiet, and Hero's End. Or somebody else could do a medley; that would be revolutionary :eek:!

That leaves Safety, Meltdown 2, Labyrinth Fight, The Way Back Home, and White/King's Theme. I'll probably do one more in addition to the medley, and I'm leaning toward Meltdown 2.

 

@ Lace: You still around? If so, I think it would be awesome if you could be ready with the album art real soon since the deadline is pretty much one month from now.

I get mine wisdom teeth out on the morrow, so that's a good two day stretch in which Imma gonna start sketching it out. Then we have our good ol' american thanksgiving, which is another bonus two days, so I'll hopefully be done coloring by then.

So exactly the same as it is except all white text changes to blue?
Or should the green be a different shade?
I can't tell because the new skin isn't working for me when I go into a thread..??

Anyway, glad to see that most everyone is still around.

Has anyone listened to my final revision/additions on to JetHawk95's song? I'd like some feedback on it. I just got a new $1200 custom guitar, so I used it to record those guitar parts in the song (yep, real guitar!). I didn't do any guitar leads for the song though because I still didn't have the intonation set up as good as I'd like (I got it set up all nice now though).
