Though I did find one graphical bug (you're probably getting tired of me doing this, but I'm just good at finding these small things...)

In RUN!: after Quote goes into the prefab house, you can run back to the start of the balcony and see Quote still standing there ( a <DNP Is all you need for this )

But yah, a fun bite-sized waste of time, I enjoyed them.

 

Chaco would probally say no, cause lets face it. Well, actually I don't have a good point for why Chaco should not say yes.
But just for the Record, Quote could come down there, tell Chaco santa stole Quote's ring, and Quote would tell Santa he slept with her, Then Curly would find out and Say no, but Quote would keep on telling Curly that he slept with Chaco before he met her, and so and so. So basically your short idea could become a colossal mess.

But Quote just died so he can't say any of that. Unless I played that mod wrong.
