GIR, it looked great until I noticed that most of her right eye is poking through her hair. It's kinda creeping me out.

One of the illustrations for my fiance's birthday card I did, albeit the only Cave Story-related one. Well. It isn't exactly the full image, but you get the idea.
Here's the alternate version that I didn't use but couldn't bring myself to delete. As I discussed it with cultr1, I was torn between the "yay boobs!" and the "this is degrading!" expressions, but "yay boobs!" (up there) is better for a birthday card.
Edit: Oh and if anyone says anything about his feet i swear to god
