It's strange that the mod used, what I remember to be Chykka Larvae's theme, for the Egg Observation Room.

Which leads to my sort-of criticism.
In general, some of the music is a little inconsistent in where it's placed. For example, a different theme plays in place of gestation for one room that would normally use that theme than another room that would normally use that theme. From what I could see, the music placements weren't exactly the most fitting for the situation. For example, the scene where Sue sue gets taken by King & Jack. I suggest that when replacing tracks, you choose one that fits the atmosohere of the one that you were replacing, so you don't have a boss fight theme for a room that really isn't much of a catastrophe at all.

I do like what you've done with the graphics, though.
