Putting download links to any sort of mod with NICALiS assests (Cave Story + files, pictures) is Illegal. We cannot do that here.
Now I see that the file you listed the download for is this:

Yellow quote, Blue quote, halloween quote, christmas quote, AND curly are NICALiS works.
If the picture was shortened to only 200x64 size, you could use it for original cave story.

It's been nearly 6 fucking years, even if you're using Mod Loader or CSE2, you literally cannot distribute anything with Nicalis sprites in them. How do you still think it's still okay to do this?

Nicalis sprites only on Sonic sprite list

Because sonic was mod on
Cave story +

I fix it.
I delete nicalis sprites!

Okay so uh

uhh

I've been through and I don't think there are any direct CS+ rips here, but the rules about thread spamming still hold, no matter how much you want to link every obscure fan side project you've managed to find over the last god knows how long

Considering that there's still minimal indication of what any of this is even supposed to be for or why and it continues to flirt with copyright infringement, I'm going to close it for the time being until an actual mod or something more tangible gets made, if you really want to keep posting these then idk make a media gallery
