Maybe he ate a lot of soap. Or shampoo. And then got transformed. And that is why he shoots bubbles from his mouth. So yeah.

that's not a handle, it's the upper curve of the doorframe that he just broke through.

Balrog is a robot who is based off of a bar of soap (Pixel himself confirmed this)
