And I personally would like to see quote use the crown like a weapon.

In fact in my old mod that I decided to stop working on cause it sucked, I was gonna make the demon crown a weapon you get cause I always found it wierd that noone ever used the demon crown for good purposes rather than evil.
It wouldn't change the sprite though mainly cause it wouldn't fit. But I did manage to make a numahachi statue with the crowned owl

But it's not "sealing" his powers at all, it's only matching them.

Which is an effective way of "sealing" them. If it matches everything he does with a perfect, exact counter, cancelling them out, then he can't do anything, and hence his powers are effectively sealed.

I thought this was obvious knowledge, just like everything else in the theories forum.

It's because the crown is corrupted. My impression is that it can twist your good intentions to evil, much like the Ring of Sauron.
