Breezing through Hell is taking at least as long as learning how to breeze through all the rest of the game did. It's been a fun game to revisit the last few days, but there will be nothing left but to retire to a mountaintop somewhere after finally mastering it.

It's been several months since I played CS, so I don't know exactly when this happened; but, the music is really choppy now that I go to play again. It sounds like the audio equivalent of a poor frame rate. My sound card is uptodate, and I've reinstalled DirectX. The diagnostics in dxdiag...

I want the hermit gunsmith to just be standing there chillin'. But he's appearing like the pic on the left, and occasionally blinking to the pic on the right: The Nurse Balrog sprite: And the Dr. Gero sprite appeared as a Basu's face. A lot of other ones are perfectly fine, though...

I have an idea of using 6 flags as bits by which to track currency values up to 50 (as an arbitrary maximum amount of money to carry just picked as an example) but have to leave now :o It'd parse those flags with a bunch of flj's to handle incrementation, decrementation, and appropriate...
