• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

and Rocky Fable WON'T be very Cave Story, it will have similar story progression and some characters are similar as they represent characters of the original game but everything else will be different from weapons to level design to the main character
basically I guess it could be considered as a CSBD but it's so different it probably passes that

I mean, I think it's technically possible to get a legit level 1 Palkia, but I doubt anybody who has a real one would be willing to be part with it. ;p

You can get a lvl 1 Palkia/Dialga/Giratina via the Arceus event in the gen 4 games, and you can transfer 'em up to gen 7, so it's technically possible, just highly unlikely as hell.
