Because these entries sound really good.

Not without permission from the various composers. Just because it's entered in a competition does not make it public domain. Additionally, I'd prefer if we refrained from giving the entries into these contests out for free use. It makes it seem like the sole purpose is to get other people to make ORGs for others.

Why is this a bad thing? It's not like I'm going to use my ORGs for anything (except maybe SHWM). The wording makes it sound like it's not good to make ORGs for other people or something. But from what I've seen on the forums, many users have seemed fine with giving consent. When people use my ORGs in a mod, it pleases me to know that my music has some form of a purpose.

I think it indicates how much percent of the voters voted for that specific choice.
This means that 80% of the voters chose for Breeze Bastion.
Interestingly, that means there are two voters that didn't choose breeze bastion... and I'm one of them.

That would make sense, if the %'s in the screenshot I posted added up to 200. But they don't, they add up to 170 instead. This is because a voter can pick "up to 2" entries, that is, a voter is not forced to use all 2 of their votes, they can only use 1. I find the system rather unintuitive.
