who would win? Scout or Quote

Quote can only ever carry five weapons ingame. You also seem to have forgotten about the gun that can make him fly and the gun that can shoot through solid walls.

 

Quote can carry 6 without breaking the game. He's only ever seen carrying 5 at most though in Cave Story.
