Okay, so if Dr. Date is human that means he CAN NOT get shot or else he dies like any other human. This does not explain how he can take missiles, a blade, and a FULLY CHARGED LASER BEAM with only slight damage being dealt. Is the Red crystal giving him a boost in defense or is his coat just made out of titanium armor?

i would imagine with the demon crown and/or the red crystal's power, his squishy human body has become somewhat very magically shielded
